Since 2007, I’ve personally bought and sold multiple properties in California and Washington, including during the 2008 financial crisis—a time when the real estate market faced unprecedented challenges. Home values plummeted, inventory surged, and uncertainty gripped buyers and sellers alike. Navigating such a turbulent market as an investor required resilience, strategic decision-making, and a deep understanding of market trends. These experiences taught me to remain level-headed, identify opportunities even in difficult circumstances, and make sound, data-driven decisions. Overcoming these challenges not only strengthened my real estate expertise but also gave me the confidence and tools to guide others through similarly complex situations.

Before real estate, I worked for 25 years as a family law paralegal, helping individuals through some of life’s most difficult transitions. What I found most rewarding wasn’t just achieving the final result—it was the process of providing support, empathy, and guidance during an emotionally challenging time. That experience shaped who I am today, and I bring that same compassion, dedication, and unwavering work ethic to my real estate clients.
